How To Generate Water Treatment Sales Leads Using The Customers You Already Have

If sales are slow at your water treatment company, you may be looking to bring in new sales leads. There are many ways you can go about obtaining new leads. You can send out mailers, start cold calling, create a commercial or radio ad or you can improve your website and search engine optimization. If you already customers, you can use these customers to generate sales leads as well. Here are a few of the ways you can use your existing customers to generate new leads.

Canvas Their Neighborhood

If someone calls you to install a water filtration system in their home, they are probably having problems with their water. There may be rust in the water, causing it to look orange or brown. The water may be cloudy or hard and leaving mineral stains. Chances are, the problem is not confined to that one house; it is likely neighborhood wide. As such, take the time to find out why your customer wants a home water treatment system and then canvas the neighborhood explaining how a water treatment system can solve those problems. Homeowners with the same problem may not have realized how a water system could help or even how to solve the problem, so you showing up on their doorstep with a solution can make for an easy sale.

Offer Referral Incentives

Another way that you can generate water treatment sales leads using the customers you already have is by offering referral incentives. Offer your customer some sort of incentive to refer new customers to you. This may be a discount on a water treatment system they have not yet had installed, a discount on water treatment system maintenance, or cold hard cash. A referral program allows you to only pay for good leads, which is extremely beneficial to you.

Encourage Customers to Write Reviews

Lastly, take the time to encourage your customer to write you positive reviews. You may request they leave positive feedback on your Facebook page, tweet their reviews on Twitter or write a review on Yelp. Many people who are considering having water treatment systems installed turn to these pages to get feedback and read the reviews. If your reviews are positive, it may help you to draw in new customers.

Creating new sales leads can help you increase your business and in turn, increase your revenue. Using your existing customers is one of the best ways to increase your sales leads. For more advice, work with companies like Mac Leads LLC.
